Mulcahy joined Winegrad, Heimlicher & Parks, LLC as an associate in December 2024, and his practice concentrates on general real estate matter, including representing builders, real estate developers, and homeowners/condominium associations in the drafting, review, and interpretation of community association documents.
A recent Maryland resident, Drew relocated from Delaware, where he earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware and his J.D. from Widener University Delaware Law School. While in law school, he gained hands-on courtroom experience as part of the Pennsylvania Criminal Defense Clinic, and was the recipient of The William J. Conner Memorial Award for Administrative Law.
Outside of work, Drew, a former beach lifeguard, enjoys relaxing by the ocean, going on runs, and spending time with his pets and family. A lifelong athlete, he loves playing and watching sports and is excited to cheer on the Ravens and Orioles in his new home state.
